Pine Suite and Willow Suite are reserved for 90 minutes, while Oak Suite is reserved for 120 minutes. If you would like more time, extensions may be available for an additional fee, depending on availability.

No outside food or drinks are allowed inside our spa suites. We have a selection of soft drinks available for purchase.

No decorations are allowed inside our spa suites. However, if you have requests for a special occasion, please leave a comment in the request section that will appear in the booking form after you have completed your booking. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

Cancellations are fully refundable prior to 24 hours before your appointment time. Any cancellation within less than 24 hours will incur a reservation fee that is 50% of your total reservation cost.
